These are good….

An evil atheist explorer in the deepest Amazon suddenly finds himself surrounded by a bloodthirsty group of natives. Upon surveying the situation, he says quietly to himself, “Oh God, I’m screwed!!!!!.”
There is a ray of light from heaven and a thunder voice booms out: “No, you are NOT screwed. Pick up that stone at your feet and bash in the head of the chief standing in front of you.”
So the explorer picks up the stone and proceeds to bash the living heck out of the chief.
As he stands above the lifeless body, breathing heavily and surrounded by 100 natives with a look of shock on their faces, Gods voice booms out again: “Okay ….. NOW you’re screwed.”

The Best Hang Over Cures (available at supermarkets or online):

Milk Thistle (drops/tablets)
Berocca (Dissolvable tablets/pills)
B Vitamins and Vitamin C (alcohol depletes these)
Fresh ginger, sailors have used it for years to cure nausea (use a blender or shave onto food).
Natural banana milk shake (honey, banana, full fat vanilla ice cream, organic milk/soy milk)

Oxygen. Many airports now have oxygen bars. Failing this just get outside in the fresh air and breath as much as possible, which is why gentle exercise or a walk is good.

Avoid coffee, as this will dehydrate you. So one of the worst situations for a hangover is to sit inside on the sofa drinking coffee and eating junk food, not allowing you self to get more sleep thinking about things but not doing anything about them. This puts a cross in all the boxes; dehydration, nutrition, sleep, stress, with limited oxygen, and yet is precisely what some people do with a hangover!

My and my ex-wife’s civil rights are being violated around the clock. There is some people that does not like the fact that she said she will remarry me. There is a contract and a machine that is being used to invade all of my personal privacy, example mental privacy, ( mine, my ex-wife’s and our kids ) cell phone privacy, etc. and being used to harass me. Plans that I make for her and I other people stop , twist it around , or they take my plans and use them against her and I in kind of this invasion of privacy and civil rights violations. Some of this started Feb of 2004 and the rest started before that . I know who is behind it and I have filed a complaint with the FBI and local law enforcement but they would not investigate, I have contracted attorneys but no one will take the case. I have sent Texas nursing board a letter about one of the individuals and did a follow-up but they said it is not within there jurisdiction that law enforcement needs to investigate what this individual Patrick “ Sean “ who is a RN in the state of Texas is doing to violate civil rights and privacy . My kids has advised me that this is how he is keeping her with him .He is also using my place of employment as wall as the community to harass me from that machine. There are also others that are invading my privacy and civil rights. Another individual is Cindy who is an RN in the state of Texas that is doing the same thing . One of the places I worked at Telvista, was also involved in this same with Comp USA the contract that I was on with being harassed through people that would call in for technical support .I left that employer to get away from it, but it started at the place employment that I am at now CDI working at CSC and being harassed through people on the contract that I am on when they call in for technical support and at a part time job Domino’s pizza.
